Father killed, son hurt in hit-and-run boat crash on Biscayne Bay

A father was killed when he and his son were hit by a boat while out on the water in Biscayne Bay, according to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC). The other vessel fled the scene.
