Judge appears skeptical of DOJ arguments for keeping Lindsey Halligan as prosecutor in James Comey and Letitia James cases

Attorneys for Comey and James argued that Halligan is unlawfully serving as acting U.S. attorney and therefore the indictments against the pair should be thrown out.
